This year-long program seeks to nurture your spiritual formation, strengthen your leadership skills, and support your personal and professional development.

Before applying, please review the following eligibility and participation criteria:

• Female currently serving on faculty at a theological institution
• Hold at least a master’s degree in a theology-related discipline
• Preferably within the first five years and above of your faculty appointment
• Able to commit approximately 3 hours per month for one group meeting, and one individual meeting with a mentor
• Open to sharing areas where you seek growth and development
• Willing to take the free ICETE Academy course on Mentoring
• Open to being matched with mentors from interdisciplinary backgrounds
• Committed to submitting quarterly feedback and progress reports
