Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Oyemomi, a veteran Baptist pastor, is the immediate past Rector of Baptist College of Theology, Lagos, July 1, 2014-June 30, 2024; but currently serving as regional Quality Assurance for ACTEA in West Africa. After his twenty-three years of pulpit ministry which saw him in Benin City for 2 years, Lagos for 8 years, Abeokuta for 10 years, he lectured at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary Ogbomoso in the Department of Biblical Studies, Faculty of Theological Studies.
His areas of specialization is New Testament but with keen interest in Biblical Studies, Preaching, Music, and Worship, with a research interest in Biblical Pneumatology, and philosophy. He has examined several PhD works and serves as external assessor for the Professorial seat in some seminaries, reviewer to some local and international Journals of repute. A missionary to the core, and a die-hard church-planter. He is adjunct lecturer with Barclay College, Kansas City, Havilland, and TNIU in the US.
He is married to Revd Mrs Abosede Oyemomi and the marriage is blessed with 3 children, two girls already married with 4 grandchildren.
