Board of Directors

ACTEA operates on two levels of governance: A Council and a Board. The Council is constituted by heads of fully accredited institutions. It meets annually at the Annual General Assembly (AGM) and every three years at the General Assembly. The Board derives its mandate from the General Assembly to which it will also report. The Board comprises up to thirteen (13) members from different regions of Africa.

An expert in NGO management, governance, and institutional capacity building, having served with Tearfund and, currently, with The Samaritan Purse in Angola.
