Daniel Kawata is an expert in Business leadership and management. He has served for many years in multilateral and bilateral focus areas and in humanitarian agencies. He is the founder of Leadership Academia University. He has taught at Beulah Heights University and served as a non-Executive Director, at Standard Bank DRC, as the General Coordinator National Commission for Disarmament, Demobilization and Reinsertion (DDR), as Social and Humanitarian Affairs Advisor, Cabinet of the President of D.R. Congo, and as National Director and Country Representative, World Vision D. R. Congo. Kawata has studied business, political science, and theology at the highest levels.
