He also leads ACTEA’s new initiative on Micro-Credentials.  Dr Banda is a Lead Pastor at Crossroads Fellowship, Nyali. He is the founder of Renewal Project Africa, a Trust that catalyzes Church Planting and Holistic Community Transformation. Dr Banda also serves as the Pricipal of Crossroads Bible Insitute. He consults internationally as the Global Liason for Times 12, and with East West Ministries International as the Catalyst for Africa Sending Initiative. Finally, Gideon is the volunteer Chaplain of the University of Nairobi, Mombasa Campus and board member of Operation Give Hope.
