ACTEA Mentoring Program 2026

You are warmly invited to apply for the ACTEA Mentoring Program 2026, designed specifically for early-career female faculty in theological education. This year-long program seeks to nurture your spiritual formation, strengthen your leadership skills, and support your personal and professional development.

  • Before applying, please review the following eligibility and participation criteria:
  • Currently serving on faculty at an ACTEA-accredited institution
  • Hold at least a master’s degree in a theology-related discipline
  • Preferably within the first 1–5 years of your faculty appointment
  • Able to commit approximately 3 hours per month to mentoring activities
  • Open to sharing areas where you seek growth and development
  • Willing to participate in pre-mentoring orientation and training
  • Open to being matched with mentors from interdisciplinary backgrounds
  • Committed to submitting quarterly feedback and progress reports
  • Available to attend the end-of-year recognition or showcase event
