Deacon Olatunji Kolade Belo worked as a registry clerk at the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) before he joined the university. He later worked as an Associate Research Engineer at Boeing, in Seattle after graduating. Deacon Olatunji Kolade did his MBA programme in Business administration at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He later got recruited as a lecturer at the New Department of Business Studies at the University of West Indies in Mona, Jamaica. He has also worked with the World Bank Group in Washington D.C. as a banker and later settled in Nigeria as a Banker
